Talena Robinson

Talena Robinson currently serves as a Guest Experience Manager at The Walt Disney Company, leading a multifunctional team to enhance guest experiences while ensuring adherence to key operational standards. Prior experience includes roles within the Disney College Program focused on merchandising and volunteering as a Leader with Chicago Cares, overseeing and engaging volunteers in community service activities. Talena has contributed as a Creative Writer at Writing.io, a Peer English Tutor, and a Student Intern at City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College. Talena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Arts from City Colleges of Chicago, complemented by participation in the Disney College Program seminars.
