Chicago Children's Theatre
Emily Daigle is an experienced Teaching Artist currently associated with Chicago Children's Theatre since December 2019 and The iO Theater from June 2019 to July 2020. Emily also holds positions in Clubhouse Operations & Reception at Chief since August 2020 and as a Group Fitness Instructor at both Studio Three and CycleBar since January 2021 and March 2019, respectively. As Co-Founder and Outreach Coordinator at Theatre L'Acadie from January 2019 to December 2020, Emily contributed significantly to the organization while also serving as a Social Media Marketing Specialist. Additional experience includes Front of House Staff at Blue Man Group for a brief period in 2019 and Receptionist at DERREN S JOHNSON & ASSOCIATES APLC in summer 2018. Emily obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre/Acting from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduating in 2018.

Chicago Children’s Theatre has evolved as both a professional and personal response to the lack of a Chicago company dedicated exclusively to providing high-quality, professional year-round children’s programming. Since its founding, Chicago Children’s Theatre has rigorously pursued its mission to enrich our communities through diverse, educational, and significant theatrical programming that engages and inspires the child in all of us. After the success of its launch production of A Year With Frog and Toad in January 2006 at Goodman Theatre, Chicago Children’s Theatre continues to provide Chicago children and families with the highest level professional theatre programming. There has been tremendous critical and popular support of Chicago Children’s Theatre and its audience continues to grow. In just over six years since the theatre’s inception in 2005, more than 180,000 youth and families have attended its productions.
