Joseph Rodriguez

Joseph Rodriguez is an experienced Field Technician with a strong background in telecommunications. Currently serving as Field Technician V at Chicago Communications LLC since November 2023, Joseph maintains 2-way communications for critical services such as 911 dispatch centers, fire departments, hospitals, and police departments. Prior to this role, Joseph worked at Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. from August 2008 to September 2023 as Field Technician II, where responsibilities included providing exceptional customer service by maintaining switches, routers, servers, and key components at customer points of presence, as well as resolving complex core engineering issues efficiently.
