Karl Friedhoff

Karl Friedhoff is a Fellow at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs, a position held since April 2015. Prior to this role, Karl served as a Program Officer at The Asan Institute for Policy Studies from May 2011 to March 2015 and as a Program Assistant at The Institute for Global Economics from March 2010 to June 2011. Karl began a professional career as a Graduate Intern at the Korea Economic Institute from January 2009 to July 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Commerce from Seoul National University, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wittenberg University, completed from 1998 to 2002. Early education was completed at East Central High School from 1994 to 1998.
