Eli Shayer is an experienced professional in the field of data analysis and baseball systems, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Baseball Systems for the Chicago Cubs since June 2016. Prior roles at the Chicago Cubs include Senior Software Engineer/Analyst, Analyst, and Developer within the Research & Development department, alongside an internship in the same area.
