Joey Dimas

Joey Dimas serves as the Director of Sporting Operations at Chicago Fire FC, a position held since January 2013. Dimas has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager of Sporting Operations and Manager of Operations, showcasing expertise in event management, staff training, and budgeting. Responsibilities include overseeing the hiring and scheduling of event staff, managing company vehicle operations, and facilitating key relationships with stadium staff. Dimas also plays a critical role in coordinating club events, managing credentialing processes, and leading operational meetings. Prior experience includes working as a Grassroots Specialist at Chicago Fire Soccer Club, where Dimas focused on community engagement activities. Dimas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
