Rachael Jankowsky French, LCSW, is a seasoned professional in player care and well-being, currently serving as the Head of Player Care & Well-Being at Chicago Fire FC since March 2017. Throughout a progressive career at the organization, Rachael has held various roles, including Manager of Player Advisory & Support Services and Senior Coordinator of Player Education & Welfare. Prior to this, Rachael co-founded FISH&CO, managing legal establishment, public relations, and human resources from January 2014 to March 2015. Rachael also contributed to Mission of Hope Haiti as Programs Coordinator, where over 30 community well-being programs were developed and a housing district for internally displaced households was organized. Rachael holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from American University.
