Caitlin Shea

Caitlin Shea, MPAFF, MSCRP, currently serves as the Manager of the Data & Impact Team at the Chicago Housing Authority, a position held since July 2022, after previously working as Project Manager in the same team. Prior to this role, Caitlin served as the Data Analysis & Reporting Manager at Shine Early Learning and held other positions including Impact Fellow at Education Pioneers and Advocacy Manager at NAMI California, where leadership was demonstrated in the advocacy department of a major mental health organization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and The University of Texas at Austin, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southwestern University. Caitlin's extensive experience spans data analysis, project management, and advocacy, underscoring a strong commitment to public service and community impact.
