Jade Boone

Jade Boone possesses extensive experience in planning, design, and project management within the architecture and housing sectors. Currently serving as Planning and Design Manager at the Chicago Housing Authority since August 2012, Jade oversees the development and management of capital projects with a focus on strategic planning and design processes. Previous roles include Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing assessments and planning for the rehabilitation of a significant portfolio of apartment buildings, and Quality Control Analyst, facilitating real estate market analyses and property inspections. Early career experience includes positions as Senior Project Coordinator at Moody Nolan, Inc., Project Designer at Champlin/Haupt Architects, and roles as Draftsman at Hord Coplan Macht and Peter Fillat Architects. Jade holds a BA in Economics from Howard University, a Master of Architecture from Morgan State University, and a Professional Certificate in Municipal Finance from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
