Hilary Mercer is an accomplished professional in the arts and event management sectors, with extensive experience in talent logistics and community engagement. Currently serving as the Travel/Hotel Manager for the Chicago International Film Festival since August 2015, Hilary manages travel and accommodation for over one hundred global attendees and liaises with VIP guests and media companies. Previously, Hilary held the role of Education & Community Engagement Manager at the Grant Park Music Festival, overseeing music education programs and expanding fellowship opportunities, as well as managing the Project Inclusion program at the Chicago Sinfonietta, which supports diverse early-career musicians. Additional experience includes roles at the Grant Park Music Festival as an Artistic & Production Assistant, and positions at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, Time Warner Cable, and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from McGill University.
