Aaron Joseph has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aaron began their career as an Engineering Consultant at Environmental Systems Design, specializing in sustainable design. Aaron then worked at Morgan Stanley and Woodlawn Ventures, where they developed expertise in real estate and renewable energy. Aaron later joined Providence Bank & Trust as a Manager, assisting in the recapitalization of the predecessor institution. Aaron also served as the Deputy Sustainability Officer for the City of Chicago and held a Vice President role at WBS Equities, LLC. More recently, Aaron was a Senior Vice President at Blue Vista Capital Management, focusing on investor solutions. Currently, they are the Managing Member of Starfield Road LLC, a consulting company specializing in real estate, sustainability, and solar development. Aaron's most recent position is as the Managing Director of Fund Strategy & Development at Chicago Pacific Founders, where they support fundraising and investor relations efforts in the healthcare sector.

Aaron Joseph holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Art History and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Black Corporate Board Readiness from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA, and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council. Aaron also has certifications in Series 22 and Series 63 from FINRA.
