Forrest Burke

Forrest Burke serves as the Chief Executive Officer at NovumHealth since January 2023 and holds the title of Operating Partner at Chicago Pacific Founders, focusing on the development of a value-based behavioral health business. Previously, Forrest founded and led PeeqHealth, a behavioral health management company backed by Chicago Pacific Founders, from January 2022 to July 2023. Forrest's extensive experience at UnitedHealth Group from 2005 to 2020 includes roles such as Chief Executive Officer for National Markets, where responsibilities encompassed National Accounts, Enterprise Strategic Accounts, Retiree Solutions, and Student Resources. Additionally, Forrest served as Chief Legal Officer, and played a crucial role in managing public sector and labor markets divisions, impacting over 4 million Americans. Forrest began a legal career as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 1987 to 2004 and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Colgate University.
