Timothy J. Danis

Tim Danis is currently Chairman and CEO of Risk Consulting Partners LLC and a Senior Advisor to investment firms Rising Tide and Sheridan Legacy. He is also a Board Member of American Industrial Partners, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Inc., Ashion-Pmed and has served on many other corporate and civic boards including being the past Chairman of the Loyola University School of Business and Past Board Member Chief Executive Organization. He was the Founder and Chairman and Senior Managing Partner of RCP Advisors, LLC, a $5B investment management firm for which he was responsible for general management and strategic direction until 2012.

In addition, Mr. Danis was responsible for the institutional relationships of many buyout funds throughout the United States and was on the advisory boards of several buyout funds in which RCP invested. He has been involved in the private equity industry for over 25 years. For more than 10 years, Mr. Danis was an executive of the firm which is now called Willis and later served as Vice President and Assistant to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aon Corporation and was Vice Chairman of Aon Risk Services of the Americas. His responsibilities included directly overseeing a large portion of the United States operating businesses and serving on the boards of both Aon Risk Services of the Americas and Aon Risk Services Worldwide. He was a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Timothy received his B.S. in Mathematics from St. Louis University and an MBA from Loyola University.
