Patrick J. Levar

Patrick J. Levar is the Chief Operating Officer of the Chicago Park District. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations of the Chicago Park District with ultimate oversight of the departments responsible for Planning and Development, Construction Management, Facility Management, Environmental Services, Natural Resources, and Security. The Office of the COO is also responsible for Legislative and Community Affairs and assists the General Superintendent with responsibilities pertaining to general management, policymaking, and strategic planning.
