Alex Rosen

Alex Rosen serves as the Director of Teacher Pathways at Chicago Public Schools, overseeing the recruitment and support of diverse Resident Teachers in high-needs areas. Notable achievements include exceeding recruitment goals and significantly reducing program exits through effective retention strategies. Previously, Alex was the Program Director at Gardeneers, where management of an $800,000 budget and a team of 18 led to substantial growth in program impact, serving thousands of students. Alex's experience also includes teaching at TNTP and serving as an Americorps member with City Year, alongside advanced degrees in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Medicine from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
