Claudia Greene

Claudia Greene is an experienced educator and therapist with extensive experience in diverse learning and special education. Currently serving as a Diverse Learning Teacher at The Nettelhorst School since March 2016, Claudia provides support to 5th-8th grade students in various subjects. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher at Hayt Elementary School, where services were adapted for diverse learners, and a 7th/8th Grade Science Teacher in Chicago Public Schools, coordinating science curriculum for grades K-8. Additionally, Claudia has been a Structural Integration Therapist, Asian Bodyworker, Herbalist, and Nutrition expert at the Chicago Center for Psychophysical Healing since July 2012. Educational qualifications include a LBS1 certification in Education/Teaching of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from the University of St. Francis, a Certificate in Herbal Medicine from the Chicago College of Healing Arts, a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Illinois State University.
