Heather Aubry

Heather Aubry is a versatile professional with experience in education, culinary arts, and non-profit work. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Chicago Public Schools since September 2024, Heather has previously worked as a Pastry Chef at Owl Bakery and Winner Bakery, as well as a Baker at Madeleines Bakery and Bistro. Additional roles include Front Desk Associate at YWCA of Asheville and WNC, and various internships focused on research and programming with organizations such as Thedford Garber Law Firm, Morocco Organization for Citizenship, and Young Chicago Authors. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has a strong foundation in community engagement and event management.
