Leslie Norgren

Leslie Norgren is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in facilities management and procurement. Currently serving as Vice President of Consulting Services and Regional Vice President at First Student since January 2017, Leslie also holds the position of Executive Director of Facilities at Chicago Public Schools, overseeing a large team responsible for the maintenance of over 580 schools and 60.5 million square feet of property. Leslie's previous roles include Director of Procurement at Chicago Public Schools, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance purchasing practices, and Chief Procurement Officer at Ryerson, where leadership contributed to significant revenue growth and operational excellence. Leslie holds an MBA in Operations and Materials Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering, Material Science, and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
