Paul Valente

Paul Valente is an experienced Facility Automation Architect at Chicago Public Schools since January 2011, overseeing Building Automation Systems that ensure safety and comfort for facilities, staff, and students. Valente has held various roles within the organization, including Managed Services Support Lead, Systems Engineer, and Information Technology Coordinator, where outstanding leadership in technology integration was recognized through the 2013-2014 "Ones to watch" award. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Information Technology at Howard Area Community Center from January 2000 to January 2011. Valente holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University.
