Rochelle Bryant

Rochelle Bryant is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in instructional leadership and school improvement within the Chicago Public Schools system. Since August 2022, Rochelle has served as Assistant Principal, where responsibilities include developing school improvement plans, building positive relationships with staff, families, and students, and guiding various academic and behavioral support teams. Prior experience includes assistant principal roles where Rochelle managed curriculum development, led professional development initiatives, and implemented programs to enhance teacher performance and student readiness for college and careers. With a solid foundation in science education and a commitment to improving teaching efficacy, Rochelle holds two Master's degrees in Instructional Leadership and Secondary Science and a Bachelor's degree in Natural Science-Biology.
