Tim Adams

Tim Adams is an experienced metal fabricator with a diverse background in custom metal and wood fabrication. Currently working at Chicago Scenic Studios since August 2016, Tim has honed skills in metalwork through various roles, including as a carpenter for Tall Ship Red Witch and fabricator for several specialized companies. Previous positions include being a fabricator at Iron and Wire and Crosstree Inc., as well as serving as Assistant Director of Sculpture Facilities and Manager of Instructional Shops at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Tim's foundational experience includes a project management role at Chicago Architectural Metals and welding/fabrication work at Gutierrez Studios, Inc. Additionally, Tim holds a Master of Arts in Digital Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
