Cindy Rubio is an Associate Fund Accountant for Credit Funds at Alter Domus since July 2023, with a solid foundation in finance and accounting. Cindy has been actively involved with Chicago Scholars as a Scholar since June 2018. Previous experience includes accounting and finance internships at Mesirow in 2022 and 2021, as well as serving as a Poll Worker for the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners from November 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included verifying voters and issuing ballots. Additionally, Cindy worked as an Accounting Bookkeeper for a Home Daycare Provider from August 2019 to August 2021, managing financial invoices and expense tracking. Early career experience also includes a role as a Team Shopper at Whole Foods Market. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Finance from Lake Forest College and has studied at Universidad Pública de Navarra.
