Emma Santiago

Emma Santiago, SHRM-CP, serves as a Board Member and Newsletter Chair for Chicago SHRM, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Marketing/Communication Team to create monthly newsletters. At Levata, Emma has held various roles since May 2019, currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner, supporting a national client group of 264 employees with strategic HR partnerships and initiatives. Previous positions at Levata include Human Resources Generalist, Associate Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator, where Emma developed training materials, managed onboarding programs, and executed wellness initiatives. Emma gained foundational HR experience through internships at Target, Scott County Family YMCA, and Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, Emma also holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Augustana College.
