Nicolette Trobaugh

Nicolette Trobaugh, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Chief of Staff & VIP Experiences for Chicago Stars FC, where responsibilities include enhancing game day experiences and providing executive-level support to the President. Previously, Trobaugh held various leadership roles, including Consultant/Interim Director of Ticket Sales & Service for Chicago Red Stars, Assistant Director Guest Services for the Chicago Cubs, and Vice President of Fan Experience & Operations for Chicago Fire FC, among others. Trobaugh has consistently focused on optimizing guest experiences and operational outcomes throughout a career spanning multiple organizations in the sports and hospitality industries. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Trobaugh earned a BA in Public Relations/Writing.
