Joey Dalo is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in media production, business development, and vendor sourcing. Currently serving as a Vendor Sourcing Specialist at Lessen since September 2021, Joey consistently surpasses monthly onboarding quotas and played a crucial role in enhancing the PetSmart account by onboarding double the required number of affiliates in Spring 2023. Joey's experience spans roles such as Handheld Camera Operator for the Chicago Steel, Business Development Representative at Shift7 Digital, and Systems Analyst at Medline Industries. Previous positions include Replay Producer and Operator at Saluki Video Services, camera work for ESPN, and sports reporting for the award-winning "River Region Evening Edition." Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Digital Media Broadcasting from Southern Illinois University, complemented by extensive teaching experience in karate.

Chicago Steel (USHL)
The Chicago Steel are in their 23rd season in the United States Hockey League (USHL). The organization has been lauded for its on-ice accomplishments and focus on affordable family entertainment since it moved to Geneva, IL in 2015. Over the past seven (7) seasons, the Chicago Steel are the winningest franchise in the sixteen (16) team United States Hockey League. During that time, the Chicago Steel have earned: • Two (2) Clark Cup Championships • Two (2) Regular Season Titles (Anderson Cup) • Three (3) Conference Championships In each of the past two seasons, the Chicago Steel has produced the most NHL Draft picks of any independent team in the world. This includes former defenseman Owen Power who was selected by the Buffalo Sabres with the #1 overall pick in the 2021 draft. Since the inaugural 2000-2001 season, after playing with the Steel, 303 Steel players have advanced to NCAA Division I teams, 45 have been selected in the NHL Draft and 22 have played in the NHL. Steel players are recruited from across the country and internationally. They live with host families during their time in Chicago and the team assists each player in education options while with the team. Education and development as players/individuals are keys to their success.
