Aaron Pineda

Aaron Pineda has extensive experience in supply chain management and sports journalism. Since April 2014, Pineda has been working as a Supply Chain Analyst at CaseStack. Concurrently, Pineda has served as a Sports Correspondent for the Chicago Sun-Times since August 2003. Previous roles include Group Sales Manager and Director of Baseball Operations for the Gary SouthShore RailCats, where Pineda led group ticket sales and strategic direction, and a Sales Executive for the Joliet JackHammers before the team's closure in 2010. Pineda also held positions as a Publicist and Sales Executive with One In A Million, Inc., and as Director of Media Relations and Sales Executive for the RailCats from 2007 to 2008. Pineda earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Purdue University, completing studies in 2006, and graduated from Calumet High School in 2000.
