Ariana Serna is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership and community engagement focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Latino Alliance Advisory Board Member for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and an Associate Board Member for the Ravinia Festival, Ariana plays a key role in initiatives aimed at increasing diverse attendance in cultural events. As the Co-Chair for The Latinista, a network dedicated to the career development of Latinas and women of color, Ariana champions leadership opportunities. Furthermore, as an Associate Member at Angeles Investors, Ariana supports and invests in Latino-founded companies and the tech ecosystem in Latin America. Previous roles include Head of Sales and Marketing at Enclave Coworking and founding a Latinx Employee Resource Group at Olive. Ariana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Northern Colorado.
