Currently serving as an Usher at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and a Guest Service Ambassador with the Chicago Cubs, responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing concerns, and promoting accessibility. Previously, James held positions at the Chicago History Museum and Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, where visitor interaction and cash handling were key. Earlier roles included guest services at retail and convention settings, showcasing strong skills in customer relations and operational support. James holds a BA in History from Denison University, a Certificate in Museum Studies from Northwestern University, and an MA in Art History from Richmond, The American International University in London.
