Brian Bailone

Brian Bailone has extensive experience in guest services and performance, currently serving as a Performer at Walt Disney World since May 2015, showcasing beloved Disney characters while maintaining high standards of guest service and safety protocols. Brian also holds the position of Guest Talent Coordinator for Disney Performing Arts, managing Festival Disney performers and ensuring successful communication and performance logistics. In addition, Brian has worked as a Parking Attendant at Magic Kingdom Attractions, facilitating guest navigation and safety. Since August 2017, Brian has contributed as an Usher at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, welcoming patrons and ensuring an organized event experience. Brian holds a Master's degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Show Production from Full Sail University.
