Jesse Bruer is a skilled musician and marketing professional with extensive experience in various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as 2nd Clarinet at Orchestra Iowa since May 2023, Jesse also plays a vital role as Secretary for the Orchestra Iowa Players’ Association, representing musicians during contract negotiations and addressing compliance issues. In parallel, Jesse has been working as a Marketing & Promotions Associate for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra since June 2022, where responsibilities include developing audience engagement strategies and managing significant marketing budgets. Previous positions include roles as a Clarinet Teacher, Box Office Assistant, Daily Operations Assistant, and Artistic Assistant, among others. Jesse holds a Master's degree in Music from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Clarinet Performance and Performing Arts Management from DePaul University.
