Joe Fernicola

Joe Fernicola leads the Sales and Patron Experience team for the Chicago Symphony Orchestra as the Director of Sales and Patron Experience. Joe previously led the patron services team for the Grant Park Music Festival and designed marketing materials as the Marketing Manager for the Oistrakh Symphony of Chicago. Joe also has experience in customer service, front of house management, and theatre production management. Joe holds a B.A. in Communication Arts from North Park University.
