Rachael Cohen is an accomplished music professional with extensive experience in program management and arts education. Currently serving as Program Manager at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra's Negaunee Music Institute since September 2021, Rachael has also held positions as Coordinator and Assistant for Institute Programs. Previous roles include Learning Center Coordinator at Alliance Française de Chicago, where responsibilities involved coordinating French language classes and certifications, and Teaching Artist at École FACE, focusing on flute instruction for students in grades 4-11. Rachael's early career features a barista position at Starbucks and a seasonal role as a Score Reader for the Grant Park Music Festival. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Flute Performance from the Conservatoire de musique et d'art dramatique de Montréal, a Bachelor of Music from McGill University, and an Executive Graduate Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from The Global Leaders Institute.
