Conor Byrne

Conor Byrne is a seasoned professional in trading and engineering with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Trader at Chicago Trading Company since August 2021, Conor previously held the position of Trader at Optiver from September 2019 to February 2021. Prior experience includes managing as a Managing Partner at Firebridge Trading LP for 13 years and working as a Derivatives Trader at Chicago Trading Company earlier in their career. Conor's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering obtained from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering. Additionally, Conor contributed to the academic community as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan.
