Thom Brooks

Thom Brooks is an experienced Senior AV Engineer with a diverse background in audio-visual systems development and management. Currently at Chicago Trading Company, work involves advancing AV projects, building on previous roles at AVI-SPL and Horizon, where significant contributions included auditing and enhancing AV systems at large facilities. At Citadel, Thom established global AV standards and researched technologies to improve user experiences. Previous experience also includes managing substantial volunteer teams at SXSW and designing AV systems for corporate settings at JanCom Technologies, as well as early roles in programming and technical support at Data Projections and Adler Planetarium. Thom holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
