Graham Garfield has been with the Chicago Transit Authority since May 1999, currently serving as the General Manager for RPM Operations & Communication Coordination, where responsibilities include leading the $2.1 billion Red-Purple Modernization Project and coordinating service impacts across various departments. Previous roles at the CTA encompass General Manager of Customer Information, overseeing communication strategies, and Rail Transportation Manager, focusing on service safety and efficiency for over 700,000 daily riders.
