Jeff Overcash has a strong background in finance and has held various leadership roles in companies such as Verizon and the State of South Dakota. Currently serving as the Vice President of Budget and Capital Finance at Chicago Transit Authority, Jeff has experience in leading teams, developing financial strategies, and implementing process improvements. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University.
