Neema Jha

Neema Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology strategy and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Practice Leader and Customer Practice Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) since February 2020, Neema also holds a position on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Transit Authority. In addition, Neema is a member of The Executives' Club of Chicago for the term from October 2023 to September 2024. Previous roles include Director of Technology Strategy & Change Management and Senior Manager of IT Strategy & Business Alignment at Tribune Media, as well as a managerial position at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Neema began the career as an Analyst at Nationwide Insurance. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from Truman State University.
