Thomas Bak is an experienced emergency preparedness and safety professional with a comprehensive background in emergency management, training, and public safety. Currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Officer at the Chicago Transit Authority since December 2015, Thomas oversees emergency management planning and coordinates safety training programs in collaboration with local emergency services. Prior roles include Senior Coordinator of Safety & Quality Control and various training specialist positions within the Authority.
