James Baucom

James Baucom has worked at three different companies in the past. James started their career at Flame Refractories in 1992 as part of the Engineering/Tech Services/Quality Control team, and they stayed with the company until 1995. Then, they joined Smart Belt Corp Of America in 1995 and worked there as a Project Manager/Engineering until 2000. Finally, they joined Chicago Tube & Iron in 2000 as an engineer.

James Baucom attended Stanly Community College (SCC) from 1992 to 1995, where they earned an Associate's degree in Engineering.
