Rebekah Azar Rashidfarokhi

Rebekah Azar Rashidfarokhi serves as the Director of Guardianship and Immigration Programs for Children at the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation since October 2007. Prior experience includes roles as Marketing Coordinator for the Office of International Education at the University of Georgia, International Summer Associate at Uría Menéndez in Madrid, intern at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, legal intern and scholarship coordinator at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and law clerk at Diocesan Migrant & Refugee Services, Inc. Rebekah earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a BBA in Marketing, a BA in Spanish, and a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership from the University of Georgia. Educational background also includes attendance at Christ Church Episcopal School and Cardinal Gibbons Catholic High School.
