Curtis Nekovar, RPL, currently serves as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Village of Woodridge Volunteer Corps Team and the Director of Customer Experience at CAPERS. Since July 2017, Curtis has been a Commissioner for the Village of Woodridge Board of Police Commissioners while also facilitating RPL courses for APCO International. Curtis contributes to the NORTHERN ILLINOIS CRITICAL INCIDENT STRESS MANAGEMENT TEAM as a dispatch, fire, and EMS peer since July 2009. Curtis's extensive experience in emergency communications includes roles as Director of Emergency Communications for the City of Aurora, Manager of Emergency Communications for the City of Berwyn, and Assistant 911 Coordinator for the City of Evanston. Curtis began working with the Chicago White Sox in March 1993, focusing on park operations.
