Graham Harboe has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Graham has held several roles in various organizations, starting with a summer internship at the Chicago Cubs in 2011. Graham then worked as a legal aide in the baseball division at Independent Sports & Entertainment (ISE) from 2016 to 2017. Graham also worked as an affiliate scout for the Tampa Bay Rays in 2016. In the same year, they served as a design intern at von Weise Associates. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as the Director of Operations at Yale University for All College Storage. In 2014, they were a research team member at dough, Inc. In 2012 and 2013, they held multiple roles including General Manager Intern, MLB Scouting Liaison, and Photographer at the Cape Cod Baseball League. In 2017, they worked as an Advance Scout for the Washington Nationals. In 2018, they joined the Chicago White Sox as an Assistant, Player Development and later advanced to Manager, Player Development. Finally, in 2021, they became the Assistant Director, Baseball Operations for the Chicago White Sox.
Graham Harboe attended Francis W. Parker School from 1997 to 2011. Graham then went on to study at Yale University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a concentration in Urban Studies within the field of Political Science. In 2015, they also completed a Career Discovery Certificate of Completion in Urban Design at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
