Grant Flick

Grant Flick is a seasoned professional in player development and international operations in baseball, currently serving as the Manager of Player Development/International Operations for the Chicago White Sox since October 2018. Previously, Flick worked for the Kansas City Royals from 2016 to 2018, where responsibilities included creating a new international amateur video program, assisting with cultural development programs that received top rankings among all MLB teams, evaluating pitching talent, and enhancing language learning initiatives. Early career experiences include internships with Major League Baseball and USA Baseball, where Flick supported office operations and contributed to initiatives aimed at reducing arm injuries in young pitchers. Grant Flick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, with a focus on Sport and Event Management, from Elon University.
