Louis Silverio

Louis Silverio currently serves as the Manager of Player Development and Latin American Operations for the Chicago White Sox, a position held since December 2018, while also directing the Dominican Republic Academy. In April 2024, Louis took on the role of Assistant General Manager and Operations for Estrellas Orientales. Previously, Louis played professionally for the Chicago White Sox from June 2014 to March 2018. Academically, Louis holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Florida International University, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Indian River State College.
