Marcy Silva-Bailey

Marcy Silva-Bailey currently serves as Senior Coordinator of Park Operations for the Chicago White Sox, a position held since January 2018, overseeing the master Ballpark calendar and managing event logistics. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Media Producer for ReelLife Studios during the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup and as a CD Henry Intern for the Big Ten Conference, focusing on logistics and event management for major athletic events. Marcy's foundation in sports communication stems from a graduate assistantship at Georgetown University's Athletic Department and earlier internships in sports information and operations. Marcy holds a Master of Professional Studies in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of New Mexico.
