Welington Morrobel

Welington Morrobel is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the D.R. Academy Administrator - Operations Manager for the Chicago White Sox since December 2022. Previously, Welington worked with Diamond Solutions focusing on amateur baseball scouting and analytics. As Director Ejecutivo at 300PS Products, Welington managed logistics and commercial projects, supporting over 200 entrepreneurs across more than 30 countries. Prior roles include overseeing community projects at Fundación Sutti, managing business projects at TML Transporte Marítimo y Logística, and developing commercial operations at Maritima Dominicana and DHL Express. Welington holds degrees in Law from Universidad del Caribe and Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, as well as certifications in Leadership and Amateur Baseball Scouting.
