Clarice later obtained a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. Clarice has held various roles in project management and coordination, showcasing their strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Clarice's experience ranges from working with mental health programs to securing sponsors for events, demonstrating their versatility and ability to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. Currently, Clarice serves as the Special Projects Coordinator at Chicago Youth Centers and Vice President of Operations at Arts of Royalty.
