Scott Bachmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and relationship management. Currently serving as the Fundraising Committee Chair and Board Member at Chicago Youth Centers since January 2020, Scott has held various leadership roles in the banking sector, including Senior Vice President at Wintrust Financial Corporation since May 2018 and Vice President at U.S. Bank from July 2013 to May 2018, focusing on wholesale banking within the middle market. Scott also contributed to MB Financial Bank as Vice President from August 2006 to July 2013, managing a portfolio of loans and deposits, and served as Vice President at Oak Brook Bank from 2004 to 2006. Scott holds a BS in Management and International Business from Indiana University Bloomington and the Kelley School of Business, where studies were completed between 1998 and 2001.

For 1,400 children and families, Chicago Youth Centers (CYC) is the place where possibility lives. CYC is the city’s largest private urban youth organization.
