Martin Daniel

Martin Daniel is a seasoned real estate specialist with over 15 years of experience in the industry, currently working at LoKation® Real Estate since July 2023 and serving as a licensed real estate broker with Chicagoland Brokers Inc. since August 2012. Martin’s diverse background combines expertise as an architect and builder with extensive investment property ownership and management, enriching their perspective as a broker who is highly attuned to the dynamic real estate market. Previous roles include project manager and renovation specialist at Ridgeway Holdings and various positions in architecture and project management. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as additional education in project management from the University of California, Berkeley, and design studies at the Ecole d'Architecture de Versailles.
