Victor Wierzba

Victor Wierzba is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate development sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at KM Construction of Illinois Inc. since April 2016, where oversight of company operations and sales is a primary responsibility. In addition, since September 2017, Victor has been involved in investment sales at Chicagoland Brokers Inc., focusing on single tenant net lease properties within the retail pharmacy sector. As Principal of Wierzba Properties since May 2016, Victor leads a real estate development firm that specializes in acquiring various asset classes and managing projects from inception to completion. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Butler University, completed in 2016.
